Fort Griffin Special Utility District intends to file an application with the USDA-Rural Development for funds to construct new water lines to serve residents generally north of Lake Cisco. A public meeting was held August 3, 2023, to give citizens an opportunity to become acquainted with the proposed project and to comment on such items as economic impacts, service areas, or alternatives to the project. No action has been taken at this time. Anyone interested in the project is encouraged to send notification to FGSUD to be included in the project.
